Reedy Group entered the real estate sector in 2007, at which time it started purchasing choice land. Instead of jumping into the property development game, however, as was the trend, Reedy Group took its time.
While they waited out social and economic, local and international instabilities, they studied the market carefully, looking at what worked, what didn’t and what continued to be lacking. By learning from domestic and global trends, Reedy Group planned meticulously, finally choosing to invest and grow their land development interests knowing that they could confidently execute the company’s ethos in this new sector: finding a beautiful balance between form and function; building in a way that could preserve the environment and champion nature; creating spaces and experiences that properly reflected the needs of the modern customer.
